Responsibilities

Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the right insurance solutions.

Allstate Product Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Allstate products to offer the best possible solutions to clients.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling insurance products.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is a must.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with Allstate insurance products and sales processes is required.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the insurance domain.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to build relationships and inspire client trust.
  • Remote Work: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
