What You'll Be Doing

Review & prepare complex business and individual returns
Lead tax planning and strategy discussions
Manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor
Mentor and develop junior staff
Oversee tax projections and planning opportunities
Support workflow management and firm growth initiatives

Ideal Background

CPA or EA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3-5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Experience with business and individual taxation
Review experience preferred
Strong client-facing and advisory skills
Comfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment
