About the Function Lead - Reddit: 

MarketStaris looking for a FunctionLeadto support our Reddit team.You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablementteam butultimately willneed to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals. Reddit is one of the hottest social media names on the market, and you will be part of the rocket ship that created the “Reddit Effect”.You will be a key player in delivering sales results and scaling Reddit’s SMB and Agency efforts. Even better….youcan work for one of the hottest companies in the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains in Utah. You will report directly to the Program Director. 

Location:Ogden, UT - Hybrid 

What Will You Do?

• Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management  

• Drive and deliver program metrics and activity reports toMarketStarand Reddit leadership 

• Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies 

• Ensure team achieves client sales targets asweekly, monthly,quarterlyand annual basis 

• Identifymarket trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy isoptimized

• Administration ofMarketStarprograms, policies, procedures, and practices  

• Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals. 

• Other applicable duties as assigned.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

• Bachelorsdegree in sales or closely related business field or equivalent work experience 

• 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or account management leadership 

• Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures 

• Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects 

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

• Ablilityto present concepts and ideas to various audiences 

• Ablilityto learn quick and excel in a team environment

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000USD

The salary range for this position is $80,000 USD annually. Thispaystructure may also include a variable bonuscomponentof$20,000 USD annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
