Join a team responsible for developing and maintaining the Church''s enterprise digital design system. The design system provides the standards, components, and guidance used across more than 100 web and mobile applications to deliver consistent, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences. As a Functional Analyst Intern, you will collaborate with many different stakeholders to improve documentation, analyze business and user needs, and help drive the adoption of design system standards across the organization.

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, or within one year of your graduation date.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and clearly document processes and standards.
  • Interest in user experience, design systems, accessibility, and digital product development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to apply them to improve documentation and workflows.
  • Experience with design, product management, or collaboration tools (such as Figma, Jira, or Confluence) is a plus.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, developers, and product teams to enhance and maintain the Church''s enterprise digital design system.
  • Gather and analyze business and user requirements to support design system improvements.
  • Document standards, processes, and best practices to improve communication and consistency across teams.
