Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Functional Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes and SDLC to support the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications (BRD/FRD/User Stories)
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Support system testing, UAT, and defect tracking activities
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, reporting tools)
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in cross-functional or enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or TFS
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
