Requirements
Ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday Finance
Perform regression testing of the application and integrations for upcoming Workday releases
Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with Workday integrations (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, etc.)
Contractor Deliverables
Partner with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions
Configure business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements
Research and develop solutions for integration issues between Workday and Coupa
Manage biannual Workday updates, analyze feature releases, and implement new functionalities
Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design documentation, and test results

Workday Functional Analyst

Description
The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, including Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Coupa.
The team is seeking one Workday Functional Analyst to augment existing staff. The Contractor will provide support that includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring the Workday Finance application, and performing end‑to‑end testing of integrations, reports, and/or business processes.
The Contractor will support the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
