Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Functional Consultant for a Contract with a client in Allen Park, MI (Remote). This role is responsible for administering and optimizing the Cvent platform, ensuring secure configuration, seamless integrations, and effective change management across the organization.

Rate Range: $35/Hour to $38/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Functional Consultant Responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain the Cvent platform, including account settings, templates, workflows, user roles, and permissions.

• Manage platform configuration changes and releases, including testing, impact assessments, approvals, and user communications.

• Conduct regular access, configuration, and control reviews to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements.

• Support and troubleshoot Cvent-related incidents, service requests, integrations, and platform issues.

• Maintain accurate platform documentation, including configuration records, change logs, procedures, and compliance evidence.

• Identify configuration risks and improvement opportunities while collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering the Cvent platform and managing enterprise-level configurations.

• Proven experience with Cvent configuration, user roles, permissions, workflows, reporting, and registration management.

• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, change management, and compliance controls within a SaaS environment.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
