Functional Family Therapy- Case Management Specialist- LeMars, Cherokee, or Storm Lake

PAMHC has an opening for a full-time FFT- Case Management Specialist in either our LeMars, Cherokee, or Storm Lake location. Travel required to our satellite offices as necessary.

Summary: Plains Area Mental Health will implement the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) program with target population. FFT program operates under the direction of the Chief Program Officer, Clinical. FFT-Case Management Specialist will report to the FFT Supervisor. FFT-Case Management Specialist will utilize the FFT model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 11 and 18. Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is an evidence-based treatment program for adolescents with behavior problems. FFT is a highly intense yet short-term intervention in which family-based treatment usually occurs in 12 to 20 family sessions over the course of 4 to 8 months.

Pay: Starting at $26.63 an hour

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience- Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree accepted in social work or a related human services field with a minimum of one year experience in behavioral health or mental health services.

• Experience- Two years’ experience working with individuals with behavioral and emotional problems.

• Valid Driver's License and Insurance
