The GSA GO.gov initiative is delivering a unified travel and expense (TE) management solution engineered to support federal civilian employees across government agencies. As the 3rd generation of this flagship program, GO.gov will modernize federal travel operations for the next 15 years.
As a Functional Integration Test Analyst, you will be at the forefront of quality engineering—validating integrated financial configurations, API layers, workflow automation, and security models across ServiceNow, REST APIs, and AWS cloud environments. If you excel at uncovering complex defects, ensuring data integrity, and verifying enterprise system boundaries, this role offers high-visibility impact on a critical federal program.
Validate end-to-end integrations: Execute comprehensive functional, API, integration, and end-to-end test suites across ServiceNow, APIs, and AWS infrastructure.
Develop traceable test artifacts: Author detailed, traceable test scripts and test cases to verify business rules, effective dating, data persistence, and multi-system workflows.
Enforce role data security: Rigorously validate role-based access controls (RBAC), organizational data segregation, and audit trail behavior.
Manage evidence defects: Lead requirements-traceability efforts, maintain rigorous test evidence documentation, and manage defects through resolution.
Collaborate across delivery teams: Partner with developers, system architects, and federal stakeholders to resolve technical blockers and ensure production readiness.
3+ years of enterprise testing experience: Proven track record in functional, API, integration, and end-to-end testing for enterprise workflow solutions.
Technical validation toolkit: Hands-on experience with Postman, SQL, or comparable API and data validation tools.
Security governance focus: Solid background in validating role-based access, organizational data segregation, and audit logging.
Traceability documentation mastery: Expertise in requirements traceability, defect lifecycle management, and evidence capture, supported by strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Communication excellence: Clear written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical findings to technical teams and business leads.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and prior exposure to federal financial or travel-and-expense testing domains.
Long-term stability reach: Modernize critical infrastructure designed to serve the federal civilian workforce over the next 15 years.
Modern tech ecosystem: Expand your expertise across ServiceNow enterprise workflows, microservices/APIs, and AWS cloud platforms.
High-impact mission: Drive quality for a flagship federal program where security, compliance, and user experience intersect.
Interested candidates are invited to submit an updated resume highlighting their experience with API testing, ServiceNow, and enterprise workflow integration validation.
