About the Opportunity We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about functional medicine, longevity and preventive healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing patient health, wellness and quality of life through evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches. Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, metabolic health assessments, lifestyle interventions, hair restoration therapies and other evidence-based wellness treatments tailored to each patient's individual goals. The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited to help expand CAPS' Functional & Longevity Medicine program while collaborating across multiple specialties to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
