Join a long-established, progressive, multi-specialty functional medicine practice in Greenville, South Carolina! Integrated Connections is recruiting on behalf of this client, which is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team and support continued growth and access to innovative, patient-centered care.
What the Position Offers
Collaboration with experienced leaders in functional and longevity medicine
Low patient volume — providers see only 10–12 patients per day
4-day work week
Requirements
Active South Carolina license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one
Training and/or experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for both men and women
Experience managing complex chronic conditions through a Functional Medicine approach
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team-based care
