Description

• Manage daily fund accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor reports.
• Reconcile cash, positions, and transactions across multiple accounts.
• Collaborate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and systems.
• Monitor fund performance and provide detailed analysis to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with financial services industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Profile

A successful Fund Accountant/Operations should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
