The firm operates in a highly collaborative, client-facing model, providing end-to-end fund administration and operational support.Unlike traditional administrators, teams work closely with clients and gain broad exposure across the full fund lifecycle, offering a more dynamic and hands‑on environment.Due to continued growth, the firm is selectively hiring across multiple levels within its fund services team.The RoleAs part of the fund services team, you will support the day‑to‑day accounting, reporting, and operational functions for a portfolio of investment funds. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:Preparing and reviewing capital calls, distributions, and investor allocationsSupporting management fee calculations, carried interest, and incentive allocation modelsAssisting with quarterly and annual financial statements, including partner capital and cash flow reportingCoordinating audit processes and preparing supporting documentationManaging investor communications, including notices and ad hoc reporting requestsMonitoring cash activity, reconciliations, and fund‑level transactionsParticipating in fund launches, closings, and onboarding activitiesPartnering directly with clients, investors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverablesIdentifying process improvements and contributing to operational efficiencies(For more senior candidates) Reviewing work, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a key point of contact for clientsThe Ideal Candidate1–10+ years of experience in fund accounting, audit, fund administration, or in‑house fund environmentsExposure to private equity, credit, or alternative investment structures preferredUnderstanding of the fund lifecycle, including capital activity, financial reporting, and investor allocationsStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExcel proficiency; experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., Investran) is a plusCPA or progress toward CPA is a plus, but not requiredWhy This OpportunityHigh‑touch, client‑facing model with meaningful ownershipExposure to a variety of fund structures and investment strategiesCollaborative team environment with strong mentorship and growth potentialOpportunity to join a scaling platform with long‑term upside#J-18808-Ljbffr
