Fund Accounting Manager – Global Fund Finance Blackstone's Global Fund Finance team is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join the team in support of business growth.Responsibilities Calculate and review monthly estimated and final Fund NAVsAnalyze NAV reconciliations with third‑party administrators and custodiansReview and reconcile management and performance fees calculationsReview and reconcile client capital statements generated by third‑party administratorsReview and reconcile fund foreign‑currency exposure and coordinate hedgingAssist and coordinate team members in responding to client requestsReview customized client reporting, including time‑weighted returns and IRRs calculationsReview monthly revenue reporting and assist in review of projectionsAssist in the setup and launch of new product offerings and fundsReview cash‑flow analysis reporting to support the investment processReview capital‑call and distribution calculations and investor notice communicationsCollaborate with offshore resources for NAV productionCollaborate with Operations teams (Middle Office, Pricing, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting), and Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting functionsProcess investor paymentsUtilize technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controlsOversee service providers to achieve superior serviceOversee expense budgeting, hedging and cash reconciliation, select client reporting functions, and fund structuring and restructuringWork with reporting teams to properly present data in audited financial statements and regulatory filingsReview legal documents for fund accounting process considerationsQualifications BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance6+ years of fund, audit, or administrator experience6+ years of public or private accounting experienceExperience in private equity and/or hedge funds and/or audit preferredKnowledge of SEC and relevant regulatory filings for investment funds preferredCPA preferred, Audit experience preferredStrong Excel skillsExcellent analytical, technical, and communication skillsAbility to multi‑task and manage own time effectivelyA collaborative team player, always willing to assist colleaguesCompensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: $100,000 – $185,000 (adjusted for experience, location, and qualifications)Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA)Paid time offLife insurance401(k) plan with matching contributionsDiscretionary bonusesPotential equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretionEqual Employment Opportunity Statement Blackstone is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, marital or partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, genetic predisposition, veteran or military status, status as a victim of domestic violence, a sex offense or stalking, or any other class or status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
