A leading financial services firm or investment bank may seek a Fund Advisory Analyst to support fund structuring, investor reporting, and transaction advisory. This role is well-suited for candidates seeking rigorous analytical work, fund performance evaluation, and advisory exposure, with structured professional development in capital markets and fund advisory services.
Build and maintain financial models for funds, portfolios, and capital structures (e.g., NAV, cash flows, IRR, waterfall models)
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and fund performance analysis
Support fund formation, capital raising, and co-investment advisory processes
Prepare investor presentations, subscription/redemption reports, and investment memoranda
Assist with due diligence, fund audits, and regulatory reporting
Collaborate with fund managers, investment bankers, and senior advisors across deal workflows and investor relations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, fund performance analysis, and valuation techniques
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in banking, fund advisory, asset management, private equity, or audit/FP&A is beneficial
