Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionU.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Custody Account Manager to support our Global Fund Custody team.In this role, you'll be a key partner to clients and a go‑to resource for our Global Fund Custody team—owning day‑to‑day custody account administration, monitoring cash positions, and delivering timely, high‑quality reporting. You'll collaborate across internal teams and with external stakeholders to resolve securities‑related inquiries, support management reporting, and consistently meet service‑level commitments in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.Our Fund Custody Account Managers manage the administration of Fund Custody accounts of various sizes with a high level of expertise consistent with governing document requirements, regulatory guidelines and policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as one of the client's primary contacts, delivering a high level of customer service.Manage daily account administration with focus on daily and future cash positions.Create and deliver reporting documents to external customers within established timeframes.Prepare and develop reports for management.Respond to inquiries and coordinate resolution regarding securities issues from internal and external customers, management, internal and external auditors, and regulatory authorities.Adhere to strict business line Service Level Agreements.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceThree to five years of experience in securities operations, accounting, trade processing and customer service activitiesPreferred Experience and QualificationsSome knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)Basic knowledge of regulatory and accounting principlesStrong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic team work environmentStrong customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applicationsScheduleFull‑time Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.Location3 or more days in one of the listed office locations.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.BenefitsHealthcare (medical, dental, vision)Basic term and optional term life insuranceShort‑term and long‑term disabilityPregnancy disability and parental leave401(k) and employer‑funded retirement planPaid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure)Up to 11 paid holiday opportunitiesAdoption assistanceSick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by lawU.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
