The AmeriCorps member serving as Fund Development Coordinator will build organizational capacity by strengthening Re-Entry Solutions' fundraising and resource development systems. The member will help research grant opportunities, organize grant calendars, maintain donor and funder records, support proposal development, assist with tracking deadlines and submissions, and help improve reporting and resource development processes. The member may also assist with developing funding materials, organizing supporting documents, and strengthening systems for grants, donor engagement, and sustainability planning. This role will not provide direct client services, but will focus on building the funding infrastructure needed to support long-term growth, stronger anti-poverty programming, and expanded community impact.
