Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships.
Fund & Investment Mentors are a critical advisory tier—providing strategic guidance and mentorship to sponsors, funds, and investors, while benefiting from earning opportunities and enhanced credibility within the ecosystem.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Fund & Investment Mentors to provide strategic, operational, and investment-focused guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.
This is not a traditional employment role. Mentors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Fund & Investment Mentors:
Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy
Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibility
Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
Build a verified Mentor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of leading capital transactions, scaling funds, or advising investment strategies.

Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning
Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy
Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution
Provide portfolio advisory, operational insights, and value creation guidance
Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors
Mentors focus on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal activation. They do not handle day-to-day transactional modeling unless approved.
