As a Fund Operations Analyst in Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations (FFIO), you’ll be part of the team that keeps our mutual funds running smoothly and ensures investors’ accounts are valued accurately. You’ll learn how to validate NAV components, complete daily reconciliations, research issues, support fund launches, and collaborate closely across the organization.

The Team

The Fund Accounting group is responsible for maintaining the proper valuation of the books and records for all mutual funds within the Fidelity Investments family of Retail and Institutional products. The group performs a meaningful role in accurately valuing mutual funds which serve to protect shareholder interest.

The Billing & Expense team, part of Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations (FFIO), manages the accounting of all fund expenses across FMR, FIAM, and FMTC products. This includes calculating and invoicing management, performance, transfer agent, P&B, 12b-1, and sub-advisory fees for mutual funds and institutional clients. The team is committed to delivering timely, accurate expense accounting in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring precise expense accruals, revenue billing, and invoice distribution for our internal partners and fund shareholders.
