A leading investment management firm, private equity fund, or venture capital firm may seek a Fund Operations Associate to support fund administration, reporting, and operational workflows. This role is ideal for candidates interested in fund accounting, investor relations, and ensuring smooth operational execution across investment vehicles.
Assist in the administration of investment funds, including capital calls, distributions, and fund accounting
Prepare and review investor reporting, including quarterly statements and performance metrics
Support fund cash management and reconciliation processes
Maintain and update fund financial models, budgets, and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with fund policies, legal agreements, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, custodians, and other third-party service providers
