Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager

Location: Lakewood, NJ
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 DOE

A growing medical referral organization is seeking a relationship-driven Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and strengthen donor engagement throughout the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and organizing successful fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
• Develop strategies to increase donor engagement, retention, and contributions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events and donor appreciation programs.
• Conduct donor meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify and cultivate new donor opportunities within the community.
• Lead fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to achieve fundraising goals and expand donor support.
• Track donor activity and maintain accurate records of communications and contributions.
• Represent the organization professionally at community events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous fundraising experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in donor relations, client relations, business development, account management, or community outreach preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Must reside in or have strong ties to the Lakewood community.
