Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Compensation: $85,000 $100,000 DOE
A growing medical referral organization is seeking a relationship-driven Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and strengthen donor engagement throughout the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and organizing successful fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
- Develop strategies to increase donor engagement, retention, and contributions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events and donor appreciation programs.
- Conduct donor meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management.
- Identify and cultivate new donor opportunities within the community.
- Lead fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to achieve fundraising goals and expand donor support.
- Track donor activity and maintain accurate records of communications and contributions.
- Represent the organization professionally at community events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Previous fundraising experience is a strong plus.
- Experience in donor relations, client relations, business development, account management, or community outreach preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Must reside in or have strong ties to the Lakewood community.
