The goal of Fundraising and Marketing VISTA Leader position is to build capacity for Step Up Savannah through increasing fundraising efforts, story collection and promotion, creating support services and opportunities for VISTA members, and research. Member Duties : Coordinate three fundraising events in partnership with local and corporate businesses. These community campaigns can be online or in person. Solicit in-kind donations for events, online auctions, and in preparation for Step Up's Annual Meeting from local businesses. These objects will be used in auctions (in person and online) and other fundraising efforts. Create digital fundraising campaigns and strategies such as Giving Tuesday and other campaigns throughout the year, utilizing social media platforms. In collaboration with the Communications &Development Manager and create sponsorship packages for various Step Up programs.
