A leading investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Fundraising & Capital Advisory Analyst to support capital raising, investor analysis, and strategic advisory engagements. This role is well-suited for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to fundraising processes, financial modeling for private and public capital markets, and structured professional development.
Support fundraising efforts for private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investment vehicles
Build and maintain financial models to analyze capital structures, returns, and investment scenarios (DCF, LBO, NAV, IRR)
Conduct market research, investor benchmarking, and valuation analyses
Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, subscription/redemption documents, and investment memoranda
Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, and fund documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
