Fundraising Operations Analysts support investor relations and capital raising teams by managing the operational, data, and reporting processes underlying successful fundraising efforts. The role combines CRM management, investor onboarding coordination, subscription processing, compliance tracking, and internal reporting in a deadline-driven environment.
These professionals work closely with investor relations, legal, compliance, finance, fund administrators, and external service providers to ensure a smooth and compliant fundraising lifecycle.
Manage investor onboarding processes, including subscription documents, AML/KYC verification, and compliance checks
Maintain and update CRM systems with investor activity, pipeline tracking, and engagement data
Coordinate closing processes, capital commitments, and documentation workflows
Support preparation and distribution of fundraising materials and investor communications
Track fundraising progress against targets and produce internal pipeline reporting
Liaise with legal counsel and fund administrators to ensure accurate documentation and closing mechanics
Monitor regulatory requirements related to investor onboarding and marketing compliance
