Position Overview

Fundraising Operations Analysts support investor relations and capital raising teams by managing the operational, data, and reporting processes underlying successful fundraising efforts. The role combines CRM management, investor onboarding coordination, subscription processing, compliance tracking, and internal reporting in a deadline-driven environment.

These professionals work closely with investor relations, legal, compliance, finance, fund administrators, and external service providers to ensure a smooth and compliant fundraising lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage investor onboarding processes, including subscription documents, AML/KYC verification, and compliance checks

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with investor activity, pipeline tracking, and engagement data

  • Coordinate closing processes, capital commitments, and documentation workflows

  • Support preparation and distribution of fundraising materials and investor communications

  • Track fundraising progress against targets and produce internal pipeline reporting

  • Liaise with legal counsel and fund administrators to ensure accurate documentation and closing mechanics

  • Monitor regulatory requirements related to investor onboarding and marketing compliance

  • Assist in maintaining data rooms and organizing due diligence materials

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate fundraising operations processes

  • Respond to internal and external operational inquiries related to commitments and subscriptions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of private markets fundraising and fund structures

  • Familiarity with subscription agreements, AML/KYC processes, and investor onboarding workflows

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data management tools

  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with reporting or workflow automation tools is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines during active fundraising cycles

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
