• Manage funeral arrangements, services, embalming, casketing/cosmetizing
• Meet with families with professionalism and care
• Prepare and oversee visitations, funerals, and memorial services
• Complete all administrative and regulatory documentation accurately on time
• Maintain/gain licensure and certifications in compliance with state and industry requirements
• Support day‑to‑day operations as needed
