NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Funeral Director to join our team at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood, WA. Responsibilities
- Provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one
- Coordinate, assist, and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization
- Adhere to all professional, municipal, state, and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession
- Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed
Qualifications
- Licensed Funeral Director in Washington or possess the ability to reciprocate.
- Licensed Funeral Director Interns with prior funeral home experience may also apply.
- Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
Compensation (depending on current license)
- Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer: $33.62/hour
- Licensed Funeral Director: $30.26/hour
- Licensed Funeral Director Intern: $25.22/hour
- Language Premium: Additional $0.50/hour for fluency in Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, ASL
