Now Hiring: Furnace Operator – Day Shift (Heat Treat Facility)
Location: Fremont, IN
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

About the Position
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Furnace Operator to join our team at a heat treat facility in Fremont, Indiana. In this role you will be responsible for operating production furnaces, monitoring heat treating processes, and ensuring parts meet quality and customer specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and being part of a production team.

Job Responsibilities
Operate industrial furnaces and related heat treating equipment used to process metal parts.
Load and unload racks of parts in and out of the furnace safely and efficiently.
Monitor furnace temperatures and process settings throughout production cycles.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or furnace experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
