As a Furnace Operator, you'll operate and monitor induction furnaces, maintaining proper temperature and chemistry. Your tasks include adding alloys (lifting up to 50 lbs), taking temperature readings, analyzing samples, making adjustments, and recording data.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work around high heat and molten metal. Training in forklift and crane operation is provided. Flexibility to work weekends and overtime may be required.
