Furniture Assembly Associate
1st Shift Opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM, with half days on Friday
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are currently hiring for an entry-level Furniture Assembly Associate with a local manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and interested in learning or growing within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with assembling furniture according to production needs and instructions.
Use general hand tools and air-powered tools safely and effectively.
Read and understand a tape measure to ensure accurate assembly.
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow company procedures and meet daily production expectations.
Qualifications
Previous furniture assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Must have basic experience using hand tools and air-powered tools.
Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
