Furniture Production Associate - Build More Than Just Furniture

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm
We're looking for Furniture Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. While many associates start in cushion filling, this position offers the opportunity to learn multiple areas of furniture production and expand your skills.
What's the Job?
• Fill, assemble, and inspect furniture cushions to quality standards
• Assist with upholstery, assembly, packaging, and other production tasks as needed
• Read and follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
What's Needed?
• Previous manufacturing or furniture experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn different departments and grow your skills
