Furniture Technician


We're looking for a Technician to join our warehouse operations team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with tools, and taking pride in quality work. You'll be responsible for receiving products, managing inventory, assembling equipment, and preparing shipments while working in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment. What You'll Do


+ Receive incoming products and verify shipment accuracy.

+ Inspect materials for damage and document discrepancies.

+ Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

+ Pull parts, materials, and work orders to support production needs.

+ Assist with loading and preparing outbound shipments.

+ Process and document returned products.

+ Perform basic mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.

+ Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.

+ Complete inventory, shipping, and receiving documentation using computer systems.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

+ Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For


+ Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or general labor experience preferred.

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.

+ Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.

+ Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.

+ Construction or installation experience.

+ Forklift operating experience (training available).

+ Experience working with inventory management systems.


Work Environment


This position is based in a warehouse setting and involves standing, walking, lifting, assembly work, and operating equipment throughout the day. You'll work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are top priorities.


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Center, MN.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.


Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
