GENERAL PURPOSEThe Manufacturing Associate is responsible for assembling furniture products and related components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports customer demand by following lean manufacturing principles to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. The Manufacturing Associate follows standard work practices, collaborates with team members to resolve issues, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. Cross-training in additional departments is required to support operational flexibility and business needs.
