Job Description
Under direct supervision, performs duties that are instructional in nature or may deliver direct services to students or parents within a Future 2 campus operating under an innovative, experience-based instructional model. Serves in a position for which a teacher, learning coach, or another professional has ultimate responsibility for the design and implementation of educational programs and services. Assists with test administration. May provide specialized assistance for students with special needs. Supports teachers and learning coaches in facilitating mixed-grade cohorts, small-group instruction, and extended-day programming aligned to Future 2 design principles.

Responsibilities
- Assists teacher(s) and/or learning coaches with student academic goals by working with small groups of students or individual students during instructional blocks, coaching sessions, and experiential learning activities.
- Supports facilitation of structured discussions, collaborative work time, and performance-based tasks within mixed-grade cohorts.
- Assists teacher(s) in the enforcement of classroom management systems and behavioral expectations that promote student engagement, accountability, and productive learning environments.
- Assists with supervising students during breakfast, recess, lunch, dismissal, extended-day programming, special events, experiential activities, and campus programs.
