Lennar's Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Through structured onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon program completion.

The Corporate track is a one-year, developmental program for recent graduates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027.

• Translate business requirements into technical design documentation and deliverables
• Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution between business and development teams
• Create technical documentation including process flows, specifications, and development tasks
• Develop execution plans with timelines and resource allocation
• Support software development lifecycle implementation and provide technical support
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and resources
• Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
• Experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, or Project Management
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI)
• Preferred technical skills: SQL, Python, Data Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP), REST APIs, ServiceNow
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
• Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing RCGs a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. It is important to note that placement in the Company post-program is not guaranteed.
