Work with management in key areas to maximize their use for implementation of the company's strategic goals. Work with all levels of the organization to assist in a diverse array of administrative functions that contribute to efficient business flow and organizational growth. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- College degree or at least 5 years of administrative experience required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload across a diverse array of tasks.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work and communicate with coworkers at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Advanced knowledge is a big plus.
- Design program experience; Adobe Illustrator a plus.
- Sage100 and Crystal reports knowledge preferred but not required.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
