BlueWave is hiring a Journeyman Electrician in Memphis, TN to be responsible for:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Install/test electrical systems including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, busways, and grounding.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
Ensure full compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA standards (including LOTO and arc flash protocols)..
Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician license with 2+ years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical environments
Strong knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical systems
Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, meggers, power quality analyzers, etc.)
Read blueprints and electrical diagrams
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts when necessary
Employment Type: 13 week contract, strong likelihood of full-time conversion
Per Diem: Per Diem available
Shift: Day Shift, 10-12 hour days
