What We're Looking For:

We are always interested in connecting with talented sales and account management professionals at a variety of experience levels. Depending on the opportunity, ideal candidates may bring experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Building and managing strong customer or prospect relationships in a B2B environment

• Consultative or solution-based selling focused on understanding customer needs and delivering meaningful business outcomes

• Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and closing

• Growing existing accounts through renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling

• Managing customer onboarding, product adoption, account health, and long-term customer success

• Building and maintaining sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and tracking activity through CRM platforms

• Managing strategic, enterprise, or complex customer accounts

• Using data, insights, and compelling presentations to demonstrate value and influence customer decisions

• Collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and other internal teams to support customers and close business

• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and business productivity tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience may range from early-career professionals with foundational customer-facing or sales experience to seasoned professionals with a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue goals, managing complex sales cycles, growing strategic accounts, and driving customer retention and expansion.

Experience within SaaS, DaaS, HR technology, talent acquisition, recruiting, workforce planning, higher education, or labor market data is valuable for certain opportunities but may not be required for all roles.
