At Tetra Pak, you will have the freedom to use your expertise and deliver world-class services and solutions that make a real difference. As part of our Future Talent Program - Service Delivery Track, a 24-month journey crafted to help you unlock your potential and make a meaningful impact.

This program will develop your hands-on skills in an accelerated way to become a technical expert in Services, which is the area in charge of the maintenance, troubleshooting, installations and commissioning of Tetra Pak's machines that are in our customers' facilities. As a valued team member, you'll follow a development plan tailored to your role, filled with learning experiences on the Tetra Pak production lines installed in our customers' factories.

As a Future Talent - CSO Trainee, you will learn how to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support equipment installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to performance validation and continuous improvement. Through project rotations and on-site assignments, you'll gain hands-on experience with technologies across electrical, mechanical and automation domains, working on Filling Equipment, Distribution Equipment, Processing Systems and Components. You'll also collaborate closely with customers, learning how their operations run and supporting them in areas such as calibrations, equipment assessment and service delivery in the Food and Beverage industry.

By the end of the program, you'll be ready to take on a field-based engineering role, equipped with the technical depth, customer focus and problem-solving mindset needed to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with our clients. This is a 24‑month technical development program focused on industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of food and beverage processing and packaging equipment at customer manufacturing sites.This role is designed for early‑career technical graduates from associate degree, certification, or hands‑on technical programs.

We have 2 possible Start Dates for the Future Talent Program: February 8, 2027 or July 19, 2027.

This is a remote position that requires travel to customer sites across the United States.

You may be required to travel 80% sites of your time domestically to customers sites.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Future Talent - Maintenace Engineer Trainee, you will learn to:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and reliability‑focused maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation faults
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities
• Interpret electrical schematics
• Use PLC software (e.g., Allen‑Bradley and Siemens) for diagnostics and functional checks
• Apply root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices
• Complete service documentation and maintenance records
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine safety, and site‑specific safety procedures
• Collaborate with experienced service engineers, technicians, and customer maintenance teams

We believe you have

Degrees and Certifications:

• Associate degrees
• Technical diplomas or certifications
• Trade, vocational, or military technical training programs

Relevant fields include (but are not limited to):

• Industrial Maintenance Technology
• Electromechanical Technology
• Automation and Control Systems
• Electrical or Mechanical Technology
• Mechatronics
• Diesel Technology
• Heavy Equipment Maintenance
• Industrial Robotics

Bachelor's degrees in engineering or related disciplines are welcome but not required.

Location & Travel Requirements

• Home‑based position
• Role requires up to 80% domestic travel to customer production facilities

Program Eligibility

• Graduation or expected graduation between 2025 and 2027
• Willingness to travel for on‑site customer support
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the 24‑month program, trainees are prepared to move into a field‑based service or maintenance engineering role, supporting customer equipment uptime, performance, and reliability.

Pay Equity

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Paks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.

• Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $54,300.00-$66, 200.00.
• Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
