About The Role:
As part of our Americas Client Solutions team, where you'll drive client success through proactive support, strong relationship management, and sharp analytics-building strategic partnerships and streamlining operations.
What You'll Do:
- Operate in a cross-functional, collaborative environment to support account management.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and client journey.
- Address trade, commission, fee, and brokerage discrepancies with technical expertise and root cause analysis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and escalations.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and implement effective controls.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding roles.
- Strong knowledge of Futures, Options, and major exchanges.
- Solid understanding of the clearing process.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
- Experience onboarding institutional accounts and managing related projects.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Committed to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.
