This is 100% onsite in either San Diego, Irvine or Downtown Los Angeles; can sit in any location
Target pay is $145-$185k plus bonus
This role owns end‑to‑end product strategy and execution across the full consumer financial lifecycle, including:
- New Account Opening (self‑service and proxy)
- Core Banking and Money Movement
- Personal Finance Management & Customer Engagement
- Investments (Self‑Directed Brokerage, Robo‑Advisory, and Crypto)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 5-10+ years of product management, consulting, or related experience
- 3-5+ years of senior product leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience across one or more of the following domains:
- Consumer or business banking and payments
- New account opening, identity management, KYC/KYB, and fraud prevention
- Personal financial management, fintech, or financial planning tools
- Brokerage, robo‑advisory, crypto, or securities‑related products
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into direct‑to‑consumer digital products
- Proven ownership of product KPIs and measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytics and reporting experience using tools such as Tableau, Pendo, or similar platforms
