Role Overview
As a GA Pre-K Assistant Teacher, you will serve as a supporting educator in the classroom, ensuring high-quality instruction aligned with Georgia's Pre-K program standards. You will assist in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that inspire a love of learning, foster social-emotional growth, and prepare children for kindergarten success.
You will also:
- Assist in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with state Pre-K guidelines and curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Partner with parents through consistent, open communication.
- Ensure compliance with GA Pre-K state requirements.
- Collaborate with Lead Teachers, Directors, and staff to deliver excellence in care and education.

Requirements:
- Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid CDA or TCC.
- Experience: Proven experience in a classroom setting is preferred.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00, Based on Region and your own education/experience in the Early Education field, not the number of hours you work!
