Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Georgia Pre-K standards
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Monitor and document student progress
- Maintain classroom management and daily routines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, must be a Level 8 in GAPDS
- Previous classroom experience required
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children
- Must meet all Bright from the Start requirements
