Scope of Work: This role is the subject matter expert and the go-to for troubleshooting resources for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud. This role integrates complex analytical and technical capabilities within our Salesforce and Marketing Cloud instance. This role troubleshoots ongoing technical and data integration issues within Salesforce. Additionally, this role manages UAT, as well as the adoption and enablement to hand back to functional users. Functional users include a diverse group of both technical and non-technical staff in the business unit.

This role requires an advanced knowledge of various documentation processes, business system architecture and associated technologies, advanced skills in data organization and analysis, problem solving, systems documentation and report writing as applied within assigned system(s). Additionally, this role requires skills in functional leadership and cross communication between functional user and technical groups, the ability to manage work on multiple projects with competing priorities, effective analytical and presentation skills, excellent organization, time management skills, and professionalism.

Job Duty 1: Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex Salesforce issues.

Job Duty 2: Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including use of cross filters and custom report types.

Job Duty 3: Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as: - Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows

Job Duty 4: Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.

Job Duty 5: Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.

Job Duty 6: Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.

Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce. While you don't need to know all the answers, you must have the curiosity to find them.

Project Management: Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing.

Salesforce Technical Knowledge: Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems
