Game Day Brand Ambassador & Family Experience Representative
i9 Sports | Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099)
Pay: $17–$25/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday availability required
About the Role
i9 Sports is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and kid-friendly Game Day Brand Ambassador & Family Experience Representative to help create an amazing experience for our players and families.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk customer service position. We are looking for someone who loves being around people, can bring energy to a sports venue, enjoys interacting with children and parents, and is comfortable being one of the faces of i9 Sports on game day.
You may be welcoming families, helping answer questions, creating excitement at the fields or courts, assisting with special events, taking photos and videos, engaging with players, representing i9 Sports in the community, or even putting on our mascot costume and bringing the character to life!

What You'll Do
- Be a positive, energetic spokesperson for i9 Sports during weekend programs and special events
- Welcome parents and players as they arrive and help create a fun, organized game-day atmosphere
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to families
- Answer basic questions and help direct parents to the appropriate staff member when needed
- Engage with children and families throughout the day
- Help promote i9 Sports programs, upcoming seasons, camps, clinics, and special events
- Assist with community outreach and promotional events
- Take appropriate photos and short videos of game-day activities for marketing and social media
- Help create memorable experiences for players, including celebrations, contests, giveaways, and special activities
- Wear and perform in an i9 Sports mascot costume as needed
- Help maintain a positive and professional i9 Sports presence at every assigned venue
- Communicate parent feedback, concerns, and opportunities to management
- Assist the operations team with light game-day support when needed

Requirements
- Saturday and Sunday availability is required
- Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working in Texas weather conditions, including heat
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working around large groups of children and families
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned locations
- Must have reliable communication and respond promptly to scheduling needs
- Must maintain a professional and family-friendly appearance and attitude
- Must be willing to complete any required background screening before working around children
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, public relations, promotions, youth sports, childcare, entertainment, events, or marketing is preferred
Compensation
$17–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with primarily weekend work. Additional opportunities may occasionally be available for community events, promotional appearances, tournaments, clinics, and other i9 Sports activities.
