• Job Title: Game Producer
• Job Summary: As a Game Producer for Live Operations, you will coordinate production workflows, live service operations, release readiness, deployments, incident responses, and game launch updates throughout the release lifecycle. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to align priorities and ensure builds, content, and systems are validated and ready for release.

The ideal candidate has experience in live service operations, incident management, release and game development best practices. You excel at organizing complex work, driving execution, managing risks, and communicating clearly across teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities, and supporting high-quality releases through strong partnership with engineering and QA.

What you'll do

• Support internal development teams through clear planning, prioritization, and coordination to maintain alignment on operational needs
• Drive sprint and milestone workflows, ensuring progress is tracked and risks are surfaced early
• Coordinate release readiness activities to ensure builds, content, and systems are prepared for deployment across all platforms
• Organize incident response activities, including triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, and resolution tracking within established operational processes
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, operational runbooks, and status updates for stakeholders and studio leadership
• Leverage data and operational insights to support decision-making and improve release quality and service stability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes, release coordination practices, and operations workflows

What you'll bring

• Three (3) to five (5) years of related professional experience in game production, supporting live service games, release management, live operations, or technical production environments
• Prior experience supporting the launch or ongoing operation of a live game or online service
• Strong understanding of standard game development production processes and lifecycles, supporting live service operations, incident response, build pipelines and supporting software releases
• Experience working closely with engineering, QA, and technical teams within a development environment
• Familiarity with mobile submission and release processes
• Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style for various partners maintaining clarity across teams and priorities
• Proven experience navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex work into clear, actionable plans
• Experience using Jira for task management, bug tracking, workflow organization, and reporting
• A passion for making and playing games, with awareness of current industry trends
• Ability to travel up to 2 times per year domestically or internationally

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $99,000.00 - $129,000.00 per year. The full range is $99,000.00 - $173,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
