Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Monitor and manage gaming machine play areas.
- Handle sales transactions, including lottery and convenience store purchases.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
- Restock shelves and assist with store organization.
- Follow all company policies and state regulations regarding gaming and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
