Pay range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.


We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Garage Door Assembler. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish, as you will support technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of garage doors while also helping communicate clearly with a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing garage doors and related systems.
  • Learn and understand the operation of various garage door models, components, and systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on garage doors and associated hardware.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with garage door systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Role Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, (Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Prior experience in the garage door industry is a plus but not required.

Physical demands:

The role requires the ability to lift and move garage-door components up to 75 pounds, work in standing, kneeling, climbing, or overhead positions, and safely use hand and power tools during installation, maintenance, and repair tasks; it also involves working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintaining the mobility and coordination needed to assist technicians and interact with customers, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals to perform these essential functions.
