What Will I Be Doing?

•  Installing new garage doors, openers, tracks, and hardware 
•  Removing and replacing existing garage door systems 
•  Troubleshooting and adjusting systems to ensure proper operation 
•  Using hand tools and mechanical equipment daily 
•  Interacting with customers and making sure they’re satisfied 
•  Explaining how systems work and answering basic questions 
•  Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments 
•  Representing the company with professionalism on every job 

This is a hands-on, active job where no two days look exactly the same.


Am I Qualified?
You don’t need experience—we’ll train you. But you do need:

•  A strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
•  Mechanical aptitude (you like working with tools or fixing things) 
•  Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day 
•  Comfort bending, climbing, kneeling, and working on your feet 
•  Good communication and customer service skills 
•  Basic comfort using a tablet or phone for job updates 
•  Reliability and the ability to follow proven systems 

If you’ve worked in construction, HVAC, automotive, or any hands-on role—that’s a plus, but not required.
