Are you the field leader who turns engineered plans into safe, on-time results?
You’ll anchor construction delivery across LNG/LPG facilities in Eagan/St. Paul, MN, with support to a secondary site in Eau Claire, WI. This is a fully onsite, field-facing position in regulated environments. Expect a standard 40-hour week, with overtime flexing to meet project phases and site realities.
Your mission
Drive construction outcomes that are safe, compliant, within scope, and on budget—by orchestrating people, permits, and plans every day.
How you’ll make an impact
- Translate engineering documents from external firms into executable field work; keep drawings current as conditions change.
- Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and suppliers so work fronts flow without bottlenecks.
- Lead safety in the field: perform observations, align with the safety team on added controls, and stop work when needed.
- Confirm all personnel meet training, knowledge, operator qualification, and PHMSA drug and alcohol requirements.
- Verify all site, operational, and agency permits are secured before mobilization.
- Own materials tracking and receipt collection; support financial reconciliation.
- Partner with the Project Manager on RFIs; document field changes thoroughly.
- Plan inspections, host inspectors, and maintain complete inspection records.
- Standardize records using templates, SharePoint, daily logs, and photo documentation.
- Guide the project lifecycle from definition through implementation and support change management.
What sets you up for success
- 4–8+ years in construction supervision/management.
- 4+ years in industrial or regulated operations (LNG, LPG, or high-pressure gas).
- Uncompromising safety mindset with clear stop-work authority.
