Gas Meter Installer

About the Role
American Energy Resources is hiring Gas Meter Installers to perform installation and replacement of gas meters in the field. This is a physically active role working outdoors as part of a technician team.
Responsibilities
- Install and replace gas meters.
- Perform outdoor field work in varying weather conditions.
- Follow all company safety procedures at all times.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required for job-related travel.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors and using field equipment.
- Strong reliability and work ethic.
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour during training.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
- Weekly performance incentives available.
